Our organization provides the below Services
1. COUNSELLING
- We offer counselling services people in all capacities. Clients can engage us in-person or use online platforms to communicate with counselors. Individuals considering suicide need an active listening ear more than anything. Hence, people who receive caring interventions are less likely to re-attempt.
- Caring conversations are a crucial and powerful way to deter suicide, address escalating mental illness issues, and reduce suicide ideation.
2. EDUCATION
- We educate people in order to save lives by equipping the target groups with knowledge and skills to respond to those anticipating suicide and those experiencing mental health issues.
- They learn how to identify someone who is struggling and skillfully intervene.
3. SUICIDE AND MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMMES
- Mental health is a concept similar to physical health. Mental health incudes our emotions, feelings, thoughts and being able to manage life’s highs and lows.
- Many people face mental health issues and triggers vary across the population. Mental health problems affect people of all ages and categories, and its adverse impacts are heightened by systematic inequalities such as poverty, gender-based violence.
- As a result, these factors escalate the problem, making more people vulnerable and prone to develop suicidal thoughts and commit suicide.

4. WORKSHOPS
- Through workshops, any community member can identify, respond, and rescue a person with suicidal thoughts as well as serve individuals whose mental health problems are escalating.
- Workshops target different groups as offered in the below categories;
- To the youth and children.
- First responders especially the police, doctors, nurses, and the community.
- Victims of suicide and mental health, and their family members.
